It's super easy to place an order with us!
Step 1: Email pamallah@pei.sympatico.ca with the list of items you would like and your location. I will then respond to you with shipping amounts & options.
Step 2: Once you receive the shipping quote from me, let me know which method you would like for shipping from the rates I provided you. At this time, the items from the list you sent me will be placed on hold for you until the transaction is complete.
Step 3: I will send you an invoice via email. You will then choose to pay via Paypal, International Money Order or concealed cash. If you are sending a money order or concealed cash I request that it is sent airmail so that it arrives quickly so that we can finish the transaction.
Step 4: Once payment is received I will ship out the items and email you with confirmation that they have been deposited at the post office and their estimated arrival time. Items are shipped within 3 business days of payment being received. Once an item is delivered to the post office for shipping I am no longer responsible for that parcel unless you choose to insure it. I will not provide refunds or exchanges on lost or damaged items due to shipping errors.

You have 3 choices for sending payment. They are listed by personal preference:
Paypal: Preferred method of payment. I accept every kind of Paypal payment (credit card, eCheck, and instant transfer). This is the fastest method to use for payment since it is instantaneous.
International Money Order: Since I am located in Canada and most of my clientele is located in the US I am only able to cash International Money Orders. These are available through some banks, Western Union, and post offices to name a few. Any money order sent to me that I am unable to cash at the bank will be returned to the sender after I notify them.
Concealed Cash: Most risky method so it is warned that you send concealed cash at your own risk. I will accept concealed cash in either American or Canadian funds.
